Our customer documents

Why these documents matter

Financial Conduct Authority rules require regulated firms to be clear about the service they provide, how they are paid, how they use your personal information, and what happens if you are unhappy. These are not formalities — they are the documents that tell you what you are actually buying and what protections sit behind it.

If anything in them is unclear, call us on 020 8135 4940 and we will talk it through. There is no obligation and no charge for asking.

Before you commit to any policy we will confirm in writing what it costs, what it covers, what it excludes, and how we have been paid for arranging it.

Working with us — common questions

What documents should I receive before taking advice?
You should be given our Terms of Business, which explains the service we provide and how we are paid, and our Customer Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your personal information. Both are on this page and we will also provide them directly. Our Complaints Procedure is available at any time.
How do I make a complaint?
Please contact us first on 020 8135 4940 or in writing so we can try to put things right — our Complaints Procedure sets out how we handle complaints and the timescales involved. If you are not satisfied with our response you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
How are you paid for arranging protection insurance?
For protection business such as life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection we are normally paid commission by the insurer whose policy you take out. That commission is paid by the insurer rather than added to your premium as a separate charge. Our Terms of Business sets out the detail and we will confirm it in writing before you take out any policy.
Who is responsible for the advice I receive?
Life Insurance For Me is a trading style of More Than Money Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Financial Services Register number 1047044. That authorised firm is responsible for the advice given.
